Houston Commercial Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Day Porter Services
• Janitorial Services
• Window Cleaning
• Floor Maintenance
• Facility Maintenance

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Service Agreement

Upon acceptance of a quote, a service agreement will be established between the client and Houston Commercial Cleaning. This agreement will outline specific services, frequency, pricing, and terms applicable to your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type and will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations to avoid cancellation fees.

6. Liability

Houston Commercial Cleaning maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear on your property.

7. Access to Premises

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their premises for cleaning services. This includes ensuring a safe working environment and providing any necessary keys, codes, or access credentials.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected through quote requests and service agreements is used solely for providing our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
